Capcom's most addictive games ever. They're very simple, very fun,
and extremely playable - all the makings of a great game! All the 194X

of Midway and general old-school dogfighting. |

| You won't find any aliens or insane powerups
here, only guns, more guns, and the ability to do a loop-de-loop to dodge
enemy fire. Ok, so I lied a little - there are powerups that allow you to
strike the other planes with lightning or wash them away with a wave, but
at least they're all-natural.
1943 is considered by many to be the best vertically
scrolling shooter ever. 1943 Kai is basically the 1943 "engine" with new
levels, better graphics, enhanced music, and other
improvements.
