Theme Aquarium

Providing a home even Flipper would be proud to call his
own is the latest in the Theme series title from Electronic Arts, Theme
Aquarium.
Beginning with an expanse of empty floor space,
your task is to construct a maritime wonderland that will bring visitors
flocking to witness your famous Dolphin Show and thrill at the aquatic menagerie
you have built up. In place of fairground attractions or hospital rooms,
players construct aquaria which they must fill with interesting and appropriate
creatures at the same time as dealing with all the attendant challenges of
running a business including that old chestnut -- employees!
Since the dolphin show is your star attraction,
proper care and attention has to be lavished upon the animals.
EA has released a English PC version of Theme Aquarium.
The original Japanese only Playstation version was developed by Bullfrog,
and was not going to be released in the UK, however a PC version has been
developed by Square EA and is now available.
The game play is very similar to the other Theme
games, and the graphics similar to Theme Hospital. In Aquarium, you are in
charge of setting up and running a sea life centre. The are two ways of getting
fish for the aquarium... you can either buy them off sellers, or catch them
yourself. You must also hire staff, who play the usual part of keeping the
aquarium ship shape.
